RETURNS POLICY
We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out. At Dressed4U, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase*. The item must be unworn and in its original condition with the tags still attached.
We ask that you please take extra care when trying on items to ensure that they remain in saleable condition until you are completely satisfied with your items.
Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed. Payments will be returned to your original payment method once we have received the items back to our store.
Please ensure that your returns are wrapped up well, with your invoice included and your reason for return. We do advise to send returns via signed or recorded delivery, and please do obtain proof of postage in case of any issues.
Please note that return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged. In which case, please contact us first.
Unfortunately due to our regular stock changes, exchanges are unavailable at this time.
*PLEASE NOTE that sale items and items purchased from our jewellery collection are completely non-returnable unless faulty.
